REFUND POLICY

To offset our super low discounted shipping rates for a small minimum purchase, all eligible returns (cases in which there have been no mistakes on our end) will be assessed a $5.99 fee to cover cost of shipping and labor.
If an error has been made by us on a written order, we will gladly pay for the re-shipment of the product.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within two business days.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that you can return them within 2 weeks, if you are not satisfied for any reason. Rest assured, once you realize how amazing our dog treats are, giving treats to your dogs will never be the same again. You can sleep better at night knowing you gave them only the best.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

When will i receive my order?
All customers should receive their order within no more than 4-10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and are in the hands of the shipping service.

Barebones are not responsible for lost and stolen packages.

How do I track my orders?
An automated email with your tracking number will be sent to you after the package leaves our warehouse. Simply click the link to track your package.
How can I change my delivery address?
Please email us before 24 hours at info@barebones.com with your full name & order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

What if I want to cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders that have been cancelled after shipping will be charged $5.99 fee to cover the cost of shipping and labor. Refunds will be applied as per original mode of payment.
Where do my orders ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. In all cases, we are responsible for customs and clearance when applicable, with no cost to our customers.
