Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?
All customers should receive their order within no more than 2-5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse. Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and are in the hands of the shipping service. Barebones are not responsible for lost and stolen packages. Please make sure to provide appropriate address and email us for additional instructions.

How do I track my orders?
An automated email with your tracking number will be sent to you after the package leaves our warehouse. Simply click the link to track your package.

How can I change my delivery address?
Please email us within 24 hours at info@barebones.com with your full name & order number or reach out on our social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram). We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

What if I want to cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders that have been cancelled after shipping will be charged $4.99 fee to cover the cost of shipping and labor. Refunds will be applied as per the original mode of payment.

Where do my orders ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. In all cases, we are responsible for customs and clearance when applicable, with no cost to our customers.
